If Joe Biden thinks that he will smoothly move into his new Vice-Presidential residence, then he should think again. Dick Cheney is not easily going to leave. Biden should especially look for any gun in Cheney’s hands. Cheney must be completely disarmed prior to being evicted from the Vice-Presidential Residence.

ReplyDeleteI believe that Lincoln had a Secretary of Defence by the name of Stanton, who actually barricaded himself in his office when they dismissed him! My memory is a little fuzzy, so I may have mixed up the details a bit, but I'm pretty sure I remember that from one of the U.S. history classes I took in undergrad.
Fish, thank you. I was never good at history myself but I think you're right about Abe Lincoln's Secretary of Defence. Cheney has a lot common with that guy -fairly corrupt by power.
