Senator Harkin of Iowa has a dilemma. He says he has 20 million pigs in his state. They can stink and stink real bad. If you ever lived on a pig farm you would know. So he is asking for $1.8 million in Pork Barrel spending to reduce that stink. Now come on Senator McCain, go easy on the guy. He wants to reduce the stink of Pork Barrel spending or pig itself. Now this is Pork Barrel which gets the award.
