Finally someone is speaking out. It is a good speech. One of his interesting remarks is that if Obama found a way to feed the hungry of this world, Republicans would say he is responsible for overpopulation.

Nice. I'm not sure though that Americans do know that they should care about healthcare. Otherwise the wouldn't believe the propaganda being spewed at them by the Republicans. No thinking person would buy it.

Jimn, I thought northern Democratic congressmen would be more outspoken on this issue because traditionally they are more liberal. It is interesting that a southern democrat is so outspoken. Sure democrats need a lot more Graysons.
Kim, the insurance companies have a very powerful lobby and also are spending over 100 million dollars on ads against healthcare reform. Then of course Republicans and many Democrats are bought through election contributions by these companies and through other means.
