Is he really taking a position or is his environment minister Jim Prentice? On torturegate Harper government is hiding behind the generals and soldiers and in Copenhagen he wants to ride on the shoulders of Barack Obama. Who is really in charge? The generals? Barack Obama? or the US? It is a very bizarre situation which the Harper government has created. Very embarrassing for Canada.
